Description An all-metal tool (called a ______, is it a touch mark? a sort of stamp? ). There is a rectangular area wherein a flattish, tapered end protrudes. The other side of the rectangular area has a tapered protruding area, and a squarish area with a top groove and quatrefoil shape to it.
Provenance Made in Massie, Holland Township, Grey County, by George Rice, a professional blacksmith, sometime between 1945-1955. It was subsequently owned by one of his sons, Brian Rice, after 1964.
