Description Black leather woman's purse (hand bag) with a silver frame and a leather handle. Black leather rounded handle with silver fastenings. A silver painted narrow metal frame with a ball clasp closing. Wide short leather body; leather has a distinct rough grain. Purse is lined inside with black cotton. Two inside side pockets, one larger than the other. Manufactured.
Provenance Belonged to Daisy Lamb (neƩ Wright), of Owen Sound, Grey County. May have belonged to someone in her family prevsiously (her mother or grandmother?).
