Brass wall hook with decorative twist. Has threaded screw end for insertion. Slightly belled mounting plate 1.3 cm in diameter. Small hook.
Charles W. Lowther was formerly from Toronto, but in the 1956 Owen Sound telephone book, was residing at 245 2nd Ave. East (main street), with "Lowther's Dry Goods" store at 918 2nd Ave. East. Charles W. Lowther, and his wife Audrey, are buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Owen Sound, Ont.
His family had emigrated from England in 1906, and he was 8 years old in the 1911 census of Toronto.
