Description Short, beaded black velvet shoulder cape. It has black beadwork on the shoulders and ribbon bows at the neckline. It closes via two metal hook and eye closures. Has a yellow and white floral printed lining and a chain installed inside the nape.
Provenance Unknown. Last owned by Rita Pratt (neƩ Neelin). Her husband was Dr. Charles Pratt. He was born in Louise, near Elmwood, in Grey County. One of Mrs. Pratt's grandmothers was Ann Logan (married to John Logan).
