Description A cloth cap badge, anti-aircraft, Luftschutz, German. It has an embroidered Swastika flanked with wings and "LUFTSCHUTZ" above the Swastika.
Provenance This item dates from the Nazi Germany era (Second World War). Roy E. Busch served overseas for five years duing World War II and probably collected and sent to them home to Southampton to his parents (see biographical information for reference). He resided in Owen Sound, Grey County in 1962.
