T 5893 FORD automotive wrench. One end of this wrench has a solid square jaw, while the other end has an open hexagonal socket. The shank is slightly curved, possibly to provide more torque to either side. Raised numerals & letters are cast into the wrench, reading "T 5893 FORD."
This is a 20th-century item made for the Ford company, but its precise date of manufacture is unknown. Perhaps intended for use with Model T era vehicles.
