Apothecary's iron balance scale with two copper weighing pans.
(b) Forged iron frame for scale, with two forked legs at one end and a hook at the other end.
(c) Plain, larger copper pan with rolled edge over thick wire, no lettering.
(d) Plain, smaller pan with rolled edge over thick wire, pan has 3 holes and connecting rings, attaching it to 3 chains that are held in the eye of a forged iron hanging hook, no maker’s name, underside of pan is weighted with lead.
