|Description||This is a long-skirted, white cotton baby's dress. It has feather-stitch embroidery at neck, waist, yoke, and on the cuff of the sleeves. There are gathers above and below the waistline, held in place by an embroidered placket. The yoke area is full of tiny pleats and edged with an eyelet lace ruffle. The buttons in the rear have a tortoiseshell appearance. The fabric, particularly in the yoke area, has become discolored and more ecru-looking, the lace edging of the left sleeve is missing, and there is a large rectangular patch on the left section of the skirt.|
