Description Electrical trouble light, 1930s. This trouble light has a contoured, black-finished, wooden handle grip and a blue glass lightbulb. A steel wire cage surrounds the sides of the bulb in order to provide protection. Coming out from the base of the handle is a long power cord with a Bakelite plug.
Provenance Gilbert Rice told museum staff that this trouble light originally belonged to Captain Hyman [did he mean Captain Hindman?] of Owen Sound, and is likely from the 1930s.
