Gold key presented to the Director of Nursing, 1962. The key is cast on the handle with "RUSSWIN BELLEVILLE / GRAND MASTER / LOCK DIV." The other side of the handle is cast with "RUSSWIN / CANADA" inside a stylized, somewhat wreath-like decoration. It has an ovoid eye for attaching it to a key ring.

This gold key was presented to Winnifred Cooke, R.N., who was Director of Nursing for the General and Marine Hospital at Owen Sound, Grey County. It was presented to her by Donald Smith (of the General Contractors, Ellis-Don Ltd., London), at the official opening of the Nurse's Residence, on May 11, 1962. Subsequently kept with the nursing memorabilia of the School of Nursing Alumnae Association.
