Description This is a woman's short, white, cotton apron. It has a 1cm lace trimming all the way around the hem, and two vertical 2 cm wide lace panels running vertically from the waist to the hem. Between the lace panels is detailed eyelet work, consisting of two rows of 3-eyelet shamrocks, above a leaf and flower eyelet pattern.
Provenance Maker unknown. Belonged to Eliza Jane Burke (neé Dunbar) of Tara, Bruce County and then Owen Sound, Grey County.
