Description |
Child's two-wheeled, horse-drawn chiming toy. The two back wheels each have 10 metal spokes and a blue finish. The horse figure is likely made of papier-maché and is off-white, with black hooves and a grey mane. It has a bridle and other tack painted on, as well as orangy-red nostrils and mouth marks, and hand-painted eyes. The horse's finish is slightly glossy. A plated metal chime sits between the two back wheels. No maker's name observed, but the toy has "Germany" printed in black along one side of the harness. The harness and big wheels are made of pressed metal pieces (which look like copper or have a copper-coloured finish). The horse is supported at the front by a smaller metal and wooden rolling wheel. The small wooden wheel is perforated. |
