Mr. Silas Edwards resided at Owen Sound c. 1955. In 1937, his name was included on a Kilsyth W. The book PRESERVING THE PEACE: A HISTORY OF THE OWEN SOUND POLICE FORCE, 1990, p. 69 has a group photograph of the Owen Sound Police Force c. 1928, and it includes Silas Edwards in uniform. Silas H.
