Lemon Bros. was first established by Elias Lemon along with his nephews Morley Dalton and Herbert William. Elias' brother brought his pottery store to Owen Sound c.1882 which Elias eventually changed to the wholesale fruit and produce around 1883-1884. In 1896 there was a fire at the Lemon Bros store. In 1926 The store was beside J.W. Silk at 764 2nd Ave. E. Owen Sound. |
