Description |
A child-sized leather and felt and metal shoulder and chest protector (sporting good item), printed with the "Bob Cameron" brand name on one of the red shoulder pieces. There is a beige woven cloth strap and some lacing. Brown leather is used for the lace-up areas, and black leather in the pieces that connect the chest protector pads to the shoulder pieces. The curved metal pieces for the shoulders each have three rivets. |

Factory-made in Canada by Cooper Weeks?, with the "Bob Cameron" trademark used. Purchased new by Jim Petty (James Petty) at Barnard's Hardware store at Holstein, Grey County in 1952 for $4.25. Petty was a Holstein hockey player. |
