This is a small rectangular cardboard box in two parts: a box and a lid, connected by a strip of fabric to make a sort of hinge. The outside of the box, except for the bottom, is dark brownish grey and the inside is tan. The lid edges are decorated with white linear areas. The top of the lid is printed in white with "W. A. Prast Phm. B. / PRESCRIPTION DRUGGIST / PHONE 205 / 2nd Ave. E. at 8th St. / OWEN SOUND, ONT. / DIRECTIONS INSIDE" and the inside of the lid said "Aspergum / W. A. Prast / Prescription Specialist / OWEN SOUND, ONT. PHONE 205". |
