Likely originally belonged to Helen Kennedy (née Inglis) as a child. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Inglis, who had Inglis Falls at Derby Township, Grey County. She married Thomas Kennedy of Owen Sound. Thomas Kennedy passed away in 1878. Helen Kennedy d. 1924, age 77. This suggests that Helen was born circa 1847. Subsequently owned by their daughter, Amy Kennedy. |
