A small, rounded and scalloped-edge flatware serving item. It has a pierced pattern that helps drain something. It may be a lemon slice or tomato slice server? It likely dates from the 1940s? Some spoons with this pattern were advertised on the internet as being from the 1940s (post-1940). They were made by International / 1847 Rogers and were described as having a pierced pattern with the "Draped Floral Pattern".
