Provenance |
This souvenir plate was collected the same year as it was made. It commemorates the 1967 Centennial of Canada. One of the Centennial projects at Owen Sound, Ontario was the creation of the County of Grey-Owen Sound Museum building, which was located behind the Grey County Administration building. The museum's address was 975 6th St. East. The designer of the logo was Stuart Ash. The maker's mark looks like the one used by the Canadian Art China Co. Limited of Collingwood, Ontario. |
