Description |
Single-bladed food chopper (mincer). This implement has a smooth wooden grip at the top, set T-handle style onto a yoked metal piece, that is secured to a flat, curved blade. The blade reminds one somewhat of a ulu. This rounded shape allowed one to rock the blade inside a wooden bowl as one minced vegetables or herbs. |
