A metal shoulder title of the 208th Battalion (broken off and missing split pin fastener loops) - marked BIRKS 1916 on back, and a "8" Ontario CR pin. (8th Canadian Reserve Battalion, and its split pin fastener). |

Unknown. The 208th battalion was based at Toronto and began recruiting in the winter of 1915-1916. The end date for unit was 30 August, 1920. Last owned by Whitford A. Harris of Owen Sound, Grey County, who initially belonged to the 248th Battalion, later was placed in the 8th Canadian Reserve Battalion and drafted in 1917 to the 58th Battalion. . |
