Description |
Very long-handled broom, referred to as a "Cobweb Brush". It has a straight, finished wooden handle with a rounded tip. One end has natural straw bristles bundled with two rows of brown string/cord. The bristles are bound by three areas of steel wire which attach the broom head to the stick. The broomstick has no lettering on it. |

Unknown. Belonged to Mary Winch (née Foulds), whose husband was Walter Winch. Circa 1949, they farmed in Holland Township, Grey County. They later resided at 734, 9th Street A. East, Owen Sound, Grey County. It was found among other items in their Estate. |
