| Description | A plastic-lidded medicine bottle, made in 1960. The clear, pressed-glass medicine bottle has a form-printed paper label on it showing that it was dispensed by Dr. J. J. Hergott, Physician and Surgeon of Ayton, Ontario. It was prescribed for a patient named "Jack". "Please Return Bottle" is printed at the lower right. The bottle has a black plastic screw-top lid. The underside of the bottle has a Dominion glass mark. The Dominion glass code mark has "3180" (a mould number). |
