Provenance |
Last belonged to Jean Reid (née Givens),b.1900-d.1965. Her parents, James and Minnie Givens, married in 1898. The Givens family farmed in the Massie district of Holland Township, Grey County. Jean Reid later lived in Owen Sound, Grey County. She was married to William G. Reid who was descended from the Milson and Reid families of Grey County. James and Minnie Givens are buried at Greenwood Cemetery, in Owen Sound. |
