Description |
A very tiny circular Masonic Lodge jewel lapel pin, blue-enamelled and gold. It has a screw post. No fastener with it now. The design has the Masonic compass symbol, an inverted triangular square symbol and "G". No maker's mark present. |
Provenance |
Belonged to Archie N. MacCuaig (one of his Lodge Jewels). The MacCuaig farm was in Glenelg Township, Grey County. He was a member of the Durham Masonic Lodge #306 and Chapter #221 for 50 years. He was a Worshipful Master and Life Member. It, and the others in this accession, were passed down to Norman Robinson of the Edge Hill area of Glenelg Township. Last belonged to Norman's wife, Ruth Anne Robinson (née Hollands), of Kincardine, Ontario. |
