Metal insignia badge from 147th Grey (Overseas) Battalion. It is shaped like a maple leaf. It has two lugs at the back side that are secured with a brass split pin fastener in vertical fashion. |

Made between 1915 and 1917 and issued to/worn by a soldier who served in the 147th Grey (Overseas) Battalion. Last owned by Catherine Christie of Owen Sound, Grey County. How she acquired it is unknown. |
