One of two matching silver-plated goblets (called "chalices"). 17.5 cm high. Meriden Britannia Company (Hamilton, Ontario company between 1879-1912), used at St. Matthew's Anglican Church. They were usually sold and kept in pairs. |

Provenance |
Used at St. Matthew's Anglican Church at Bognor, Sydenham Township, Grey County. St. Matthew's was built in 1901, and closed in September of 1981. The previous owner, Eugene and Viola Thomson, formerly lived at Bognor and were members of the congregation. |
