Likely used by a woman of the Bishop or MacKay family of Owen Sound, Grey County. Perhaps it belonged to Mrs. William Avery Bishop (b. 1858-d. 1936). She was Margaret Louise Greene of New Orleans before her marriage in Owen Sound. Last owned by Fred MacKay Jr. of Owen Sound, who was a descendant from the MacKay family, the Hiram Kilbourn family, the Ebenzeer Bishop family and the William Avery Bishop Sr. family. |
