Description |
A woman's all-black silk cape, with two rows of fringe. The cape is lightweight, and un-lined. It once had a single metal hook and eye closure. There are two bands of finely-pleated silk above the two rows of fringes. The pleated silk was secured with two sewn-on rows of black cord. The cape was apparently made by a seamstress. |
